Magic of Papaya

Cut into a fresh papaya, remove the black seeds with an ice cream scope or a spoon, and cut it into cubes.

It is a gorgeous peachy colored fruit and has great medical and health benefits if consumed with your regular meals. Moreover, it also contains healing properties.

However, it is said that female who are either pregnant or breastfeeding should not consume papaya.

Hair and Face Mask:

Try to mash some papaya and apply on your face and your hair as a mask. This will soften your skin as well as your hair. Moreover, it will also provide luscious shine to your hair.

Orange Sugar Body Scrub

This is such a cool sugar body scrub. I have made several but this one is my favorite.

Ingredients:
2 Fresh Orange Peel or Zest
1 cups of Organic or regular granulated Sugar
2 tablespoons of Almond oil
1 teaspoon of Vitamin E oil
1 tablespoon of Glycerin
2 tablespoons of Olive oil

Method:
I used my food processor to crush my orange peel. It will release the color beautifully.

Now in a container take your sugar and add the crushed orange peel or zest.
Mix it well. You will instantly see the sugar change its color.
Now add other oils.
Store it in a gorgeous air tight container. I usually use a glass jar which we use for preserves and jams.

Apply this scrub on your body every other day. It will exfoliate and soften your skin instantly.

Homemade Hair Mask

Nowadays I chose organic stuffs in everything: produce, dairy, skin, and bath products.

I think my vegetarianism (by birth) has helped me make healthy food choices throughout my life. I think most of the Indians would agree to it. Choosing earthy and gentle products is extremely important for me and my family.

This beauty treatment is very gentle for hair. I guess you will be pleasantly surprised with its result.

Ingredients:
1 Ripe Avocado
2 tablespoon Honey
1/2 fresh lemon juice

1. Mash avocado with other two ingredients and just apply in your hair (from scalp to the tip of your hair). I use surgical gloves and later cover hair with a shower cap. Leave it for 2-3 hours.
2. Wash with a gentle baby shampoo or an organic botanical shampoo.
3. Conditioned your hair with your favorite conditioner.

Seriously try it. You won’t regret it. ๐Ÿ™‚

This body butter is amazing for skin and hair. Next time, I shall try adding mango butter. Its completely organic and natural. Try it. You will be surprised.
