Kale Chips

Kale chips are in this season. Healthy and tasty. If you like greens you will surely like them.

Ingredients:
Kale leaves washed and dried (separate from their stems)
Pam cooking spray
Parmesan cheese (use good quality & original Parmesan cheese)
Himalayan pink salt or sea salt
Hot & spicy seasoning
Pepper

Method:
Kale leaves should be washed and dried over night. Cover the leaves with strainer while drying it, so that all the water evaporates.

Now spray your baking dish with cooking spray. Add washed & dried leaves and spray them again with cooking spray.

(Note: Don’t add any seasoning as it will burn in the oven)

Bake the leaves at 400 for 25-30 minutes. Keep an eye on them.

I had to move around my chips in the dish as all the leaves didn’t try out at once. Later I switched off the oven and left the chips inside until the oven cooled off completely. In this way I got a beautiful crispy texture.

Last thing is to season everything well.

I served the Kale chips with Greek yogurt dip.
