This is the simplest version of tabouli salad, my way.
1/2 cup of bulgar wheat (cracked wheat)
1 and 1/2 cups of water
1 large bunch of chopped curly parsley
1 English cucumber (chopped)
1 whole lemon juice
1/2 medium onion (chopped)
2 medium tomatoes (chopped)
Salt and pepper
1. Heat up the water.
2. Add bulgar wheat and cook it. (Note: follow the bulgar wheat cooking method given on the box)
3. Now cool it down completely.
4. Add all ingredients, freshly squeezed lemon juice, parsley, and salt – pepper.
5. Chill it and serve.
