Thai-Chinese combo noodles

You need
1. 1/4 cup of bell peppers (thinly sliced)
2. 1/4 cup of carrots (thinly sliced)
3. Rice noodles (cooked)
4. Peanuts
5. 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
6. 2 Green onions
7. 2 cloves garlic
8. 1 tablespoon oil
9. Thai basil
10. 1/2 zucchini
11. 1 tablespoon minced ginger
Salt and pepper

Take oil in a pan. Heat up. Add garlic, ginger, veggies and cook them for few minutes. Add soy sauce, salt-pepper. Now add noodles, thai basil. Serve with peanuts, and chopped remaining green onions.
