Roasted corn on cob with butter & Penzeys spice blend

Fall is the best time to have corns, especially when markets carry fresh corn cobs.

This is a very easy side dish. Everyone enjoys corn on the cob.

Corn on the cobs,
1 tablespoon unsalted butter,
1 tablespoon Penzeys Arizona seasoning or Indian Garam masala or curry powder
Pinch of Salt & pepper (depending on your spice blend)

Melt butter, add spice blend, salt and pepper
Roast corn on the cobs.
Serve hot with melted butter & spice blend
