I love pears and Gorgonzola as a combination. I use them in pizza, salad or eat them just like that.
1 pack of Spring mix (lettuce, arugula, and spinach)
2 pears (I used round pears)
1/8 cup of balsamic vinegar
6 tablespoon of olive oil
Salt pepper to taste
1 tablespoon of sugar
Toasted sliced almonds or walnuts
Now prepare the salad mix and drizzle with dressing. Sprinkle with Gorgonzola cheese and almonds. Serve.
