Chocolate mousse (eggless)

1 hass avocado
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
2-4 tablespoons maple syrup or agave nectar or honey (mix match them if you want)
6 dates soft (soaked in soymilk)
4-5 tablespoon chocolate soymilk (depending on the consistency you want)
Pinch of sea salt
Cinnamon (completely optional)
2 tablespoons Orange zest (optional)

In a food processor or a blender take avocado partially mashed. Add all other ingredients like maple syrup, soymilk, sea salt, dates, vanilla extract, cinnamon, orange zest, and cocoa powder. Blend the mixture till smooth. Keep adding soymilk if needed.

Now in microwave safe bowl take chocolate chips and canola oil. Heat it for 30 seconds and mixing the mixture. Again repeat the heating process. Keep
Mixing to avoid lumps and melt the chocolate well. Don’t heat it too much just until the chocolate chips melt completely.

Now mix both mixtures well. Chill the mousse for few hours. Now it is ready to serve.
