Indian style potato pancake

2 boiled potatoes (boiled)
1/3 cup black grams (desi chaana) (boiled)
1/4 cup green moong beans (boiled)
Mint chutney (acc to taste)
Jaljila powder (acc to taste)
Salt and pepper
Panko bread crumbs
Coriander leaves
5-6 Cashews coarsely crushed
Mint leaves
Rock salt (acc to taste)

Add all the ingredients and transform the mashed mix into circular patties. Dip both the sides in Panko breadcrumbs and grill the patties with little oil.

Serve hot with tomato ketchup or chutney.
