Pears, blue cheese, broccoli, mozzarella, and spinach pizza

Toppings:
Mild blue cheese
Spinach or arugula
Pears
Mozzarella
Broccoli
Onions
Olives

Follow the pizzas base recipe shared in my previous blog post.

Top the pizza with mild or sharp blue cheese, pears, optional veggies like broccoli, onions, olives.

Add mozzarella cheese and bake your pizza. Once the pizza is baked add spinach or arugula. Cut and serve.
