Kale-Orange Smoothie


This is a healthy smoothie idea. It is really worth trying and the color is so beautiful. Perfect summer drink.


1 cup of Kale leaves (washed and shredded)

1 Orange Zest and Juice (fresh)

2 cups of Orange Juice (I used Tropicana, lots of pulp)

1 tablespoon of honey (wildflower)

4-5 fresh mint leaves

a pinch of salt


Add all the ingredients in a blender and blend it for a while. Serve chilled.

Instead of fresh orange, you can also add a banana or a mango.
