This is a simple recipe. We like our summer bbq time with friends. This season, I followed a simple recipe for grilling paneer and vegetables. It tasted really good.
Paneer cubes, vegetables of your choice, and wooden skewers.
Marination: Yogurt, Badshah tandoori masala (available in Indian grocery store), Red Chilly powder, turmeric, Cumin, Paprika, Salt, Pepper, and oil.
1. Prepare the marination and marinate the paneer cubes and vegetables overnight.
2. Next day before an hour of grilling, soak the wooden skewers in water. This will prevent the skewers from burning.
3. Grill it.
4. Optional: Sprinkle lemon juice and Badshah chaat masala powder on the grilled kebabs.
